Proofs are available for viewing as quickly as possible after events depending on the distance travelled to the event and pressing deadlines for office work upon our return to our Brisbane office.

Due to the volume of events that we attend, proofs will now only appear on the website for a period of 6 months from the date of the event and will then be removed & archived to make way for new events.

A fee of $20 will apply for proofs to be retrieved from archives after the 6 month period has elapsed and the proofs will be restored for a period of 7 days on the gallery. You would be required to specify the event, day, and as much information as possible. These proofs will be password access only for your viewing.

All orders receive our personal attention and each photograph receives our individual attention to detail, appropriately cropped, colour corrected & flash affected eyes corrected if necessary. At busy times during the year, turnaround for orders is approximately 4 weeks. Where photographs are required urgently for magazine advertising, arrangements may be made to have images emailed directly to the publication once order has been placed and full payment received.

All print orders are sent to a Brisbane based professional lab for printing on high quality archival photographic paper. This may take a little longer initially but worth the wait for a precious photograph & memory that will last a lifetime. All prints are posted to clients in presentation folders with the exception of prints larger than 12” x 16” which will be rolled in a tube. Special care is taken in packaging to prevent any damage during posting.

A Tax invoice will be forwarded with any order over $100 upon request.

Purchased photographs may be used for advertising or for website use, with the copyright condition that the photograph is credited to ‘Narelle Wockner Photography’. An email service is available for the additional cost of $12 per image for magazine advertising, for any photograph purchased previously to be forwarded directly to the publication only. This service provides a top quality image to be emailed to the appropriate publication for perfect print quality.

Please be aware that all proofs and images on this website in general, are copyright protected and may not be copied, downloaded, used for advertising or loaded onto any website.

Image theft is an offence and if images are found on any of the following websites:

Offenders will be billed for each image displayed in this manner illegally & legal action may also be taken.
